Matt Marcotte is an Executive Coach, facilitator and the Founder and Principal of M2 Collaborative, a consultancy focused on building stronger cultures and high-performing teams. With over 34 years of experience, Matt specialises in fostering exponential and scalable growth by developing individuals and teams for success. His expertise spans adaptive decision-making, change management, and leadership development, supported by accreditations in psychometric assessments such as MBTI, FIRO-B, and Hogan 360.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked with organizations in sectors including financial services, global retail, and automotive, delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. He has held a number of prestigious senior roles, such as COO of Bergdorf Goodman, EVP of Global Direct to Consumer at Tory Burch, Global Head of Industry Advisors at Salesforce and Managing Director of Retail, in North America at Apple.
